Before we build.
Is the estimate binding?
No. It is presented as an indicative guide unless a client explicitly chooses and approves a different approach. The wording and calculation rules are agreed before launch.
Does the guide price update live?
Yes. In the standard customised version, the indicative range recalculates in the browser as the visitor changes dimensions, specification and options. The client supplies and approves the pricing logic. For highly bespoke services, the agreed version can instead show a price band, a starting price or reserve the range until the enquiry stage.
Can you use our existing pricing?
Yes. Your approved pricing structure, product tiers, options, minimums and exclusions form the calculator configuration.
Can it match our website?
Yes. Brand colours, typography, logo and language can be adapted so the experience feels native to your website.
What does the customer see, and what does the installer receive?
That is agreed with each client. The recommended default is a live indicative range and concise confirmation for the customer, with the full structured specification delivered privately to the installer by email and/or Google Sheets. The summary shown in this demo and video is illustrative, not a fixed requirement.
Where do enquiries go?
After the visitor sees the live indicative range and submits, the agreed specification can be delivered to email and/or Google Sheets. Other integrations can be considered where they add genuine value.
Can prices include VAT?
Yes. VAT treatment follows the client-approved pricing structure and is explained clearly to the customer.
How quickly can it be built?
A first version is typically prepared within several working days after we receive complete product, pricing and brand information. Timing depends on the complexity of the rules and approval speed.
