About this website

This website introduces ProjectForm Studio and demonstrates interactive pricing and enquiry journeys for selected service industries.

Illustrative pricing

Every value produced by the public demonstrations is fictional and illustrative. It is not a market quotation, valuation, recommendation, offer or commitment to carry out work. Production client calculators use pricing, VAT treatment, exclusions and wording supplied or approved by the relevant business.

No installation or technical advice

The demonstrations do not assess planning rules, building regulations, surveys, site access, product suitability, structural requirements or installation conditions. A qualified supplier must assess an actual project.

Service enquiries

The £395 founding-client offer is an early commercial validation price, not a permanent price. Scope, payment, ownership, revisions, delivery and support will be confirmed in writing before work begins. ProjectForm supplies the agreed calculator, connection, files and guidance; the client’s designer installs and tests it. Compatibility and any separate installation or external service costs are agreed before deposit. The build uses a £197.50 deposit and £197.50 balance after written acceptance, with final production handover after cleared payment. Supplied-code defect support lasts 14 calendar days from final code handover, not from launch.

Availability

We aim to keep the website useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve or withdraw demonstration features.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, the website design, written content and underlying calculator system belong to ProjectForm Studio. Client branding and supplied materials remain subject to the client’s rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, visitors should not rely on demonstration outputs when making purchasing, construction or installation decisions.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
