Privacy notice

Demonstration notice: the public calculators currently operate in demonstration mode and do not transmit or store the personal details entered. The privacy arrangements for a client-branded live calculator will be agreed and documented before lead collection is enabled.

Who we are

ProjectForm Studio is a UK trading activity providing interactive pricing and lead-generation tools. It is not currently described as a limited company.

Business enquiries to ProjectForm

If you contact ProjectForm by email, we receive the contact details and business or project information you choose to send. We use it to respond, discuss compatibility and scope, and manage any agreed work. Please do not send passwords or real homeowner enquiry records for a demonstration or compatibility check.

Client-owned live calculators

A client business controls its live calculator, hosting, receiving accounts and recipients. Homeowner enquiries go through the connection agreed with that business, not to ProjectForm. The client must approve its own customer-facing privacy wording before collection begins. Public ProjectForm demos use sample details only and do not submit or store an enquiry.

Website analytics and security

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and performance, such as page views, referral sources, approximate country, device or browser categories and page-loading performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage or visitor fingerprinting for analytics. Cloudflare may process limited technical information and use strictly necessary security measures to protect the website and its services.

Why we use information

We use project-enquiry information to respond to your request, assess requirements and provide the relevant service. We use aggregate website analytics to understand whether the demonstrations are being reached and used effectively. The public demonstrations do not subscribe visitors to marketing communications.

Sharing and processors

ProjectForm uses service providers for its website, security, aggregate analytics and business email. We do not sell personal information. The client business is responsible for the providers and recipients used by its own live calculator. ProjectForm does not operate that live submission service or receive its homeowner enquiries.

Retention

Enquiry data should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the commercial relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. This relates to business correspondence received by ProjectForm. The client business sets and documents retention for its own homeowner enquiries before launch.

Your rights

UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, object to certain processing and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
