Pre-launch note: the public calculator currently operates in demonstration mode and does not transmit or store the details entered. This notice must be reviewed and the controller’s contact email added before live lead collection is enabled.

Who we are

ProjectForm Studio is a UK trading activity providing interactive pricing and lead-generation tools. It is not currently described as a limited company.

Information we may collect

When live enquiry collection is enabled, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, project timeframe, room requirements, selected options, indicative budget range and any notes you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use project-enquiry information to respond to your request, assess requirements and provide the relevant service. Optional marketing communications are based on separate consent and are not required to make an enquiry.

Sharing and processors

Information may be handled by service providers used to host the website, deliver email or maintain an enquiry spreadsheet. We do not sell personal information. A client-branded calculator may send your details directly to the named garden-room business, which will explain its own role and privacy terms.

Retention

Enquiry data should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the commercial relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. A specific retention period will be added before live collection.

Your rights

UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, object to certain processing and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
