Interactive quote journeys for service businesses

Give website visitors a guide price—and your team a clearer brief.

ProjectForm Studio builds interactive pricing and quotation tools around your products, pricing rules and sales process—then supplies the calculator files and embed code for your website designer to install.

Built and configured for your business—not a generic widget

Start with your website URL and a brief description of your products or services. No technical questionnaire or account access is needed to start the conversation.

86-second narrated product tour

See how a choice becomes a useful project brief.

Follow the actual calculator screens as project choices change the estimate and become a structured brief. This narrated walkthrough combines demo screens with a designed example brief and added cursor highlights; all pricing and contact details are fictional.

  • Immediate customer price guidance
  • Structured project and contact information
  • Your own products, rules and branding

Choose the project, set its size, then select specifications, finishes and upgrades. In this garden-room example, changing the width from 4 to 5 metres changes the guide from £28,750–£32,750 to £34,750–£39,500. Adding premium flooring changes it to £36,000–£41,250.

Location, timing, notes and contact details join the selected options in one structured brief. This public demo uses fictional details and sends no enquiry. A live client version uses the client-owned receiving system agreed before development.

The founding-client build is £395, with your branding, approved pricing configuration, files, embed code, guides and one revision. Your designer installs and connects it. Compatibility and any separate costs are agreed before deposit. Start with your website URL and a brief description of what you sell.

Discuss fit for my website

Website fit

A brief check before you commit.

Start with your website URL and product range. If there is a fit, we ask your designer only for the details needed to confirm a safe installation and enquiry route.

Does my website have to use WordPress?

No. WordPress is one possible route. Other platforms may work where the designer can add supported HTML or iframe content and connect the agreed receiving system. Platform, hosting and security restrictions are checked individually; compatibility is not automatic.

What do you need for the compatibility check?

After an initial discussion, we ask your designer four brief questions: platform and hosting; permitted installation methods; the current enquiry service and email reliability; and a staging site or another safe testing route. Follow-up questions depend on the route. No passwords or account access are needed for this initial check.

Do we need Formspree or another subscription?

Not automatically. We use an existing compatible client-owned receiving system where possible. A separate form service such as Formspree is an optional fallback. Any account requirements, limits and recurring fees are agreed before deposit.

Who installs it, and what happens if the site is unsuitable?

Your website designer installs and connects the supplied calculator. We agree compatibility, the supported connection and any separate costs before deposit. If the site cannot support the proposed route, we explain the limitation and any practical alternative before you commit.

Can I understand the output without entering details?

Yes. Use “See a completed example” to view a fictional project brief immediately. You can also try the interactive demo using sample details; the public demonstrations do not send or store an enquiry.

Your build and handover

A clear route from compatibility check to launch.

The £395 build is paid in two instalments. Your designer’s installation and any external service costs are agreed separately before you commit.

  1. Confirm the fit

We review your pricing and a brief compatibility check with your designer, then agree the connection, scope and separate costs.

  2. Agree and build

Accept the agreement, provide complete pricing and branding, and pay the £197.50 deposit. We prepare your private preview.

  3. Test and approve

Review pricing and wording, use one consolidated revision, and complete the agreed staging and actual inbox test before written acceptance.

  4. Handover and launch

Pay the £197.50 balance and receive the final files and guides. Your designer installs the final version and verifies enquiry receipt before launch.

Support covers defects in the supplied code for 14 calendar days from final code handover. Arrange your designer’s availability for that window. New features, price updates, hosting and third-party service issues are outside that support scope.

Installation and enquiry delivery

We confirm the connection before you commit.

Introduce your website designer. We agree the installation route and disclose any separate costs before you pay a deposit.

We build your calculator

Your £395 package includes the agreed calculator, client-approved pricing, files, embed code and guides, one revision and 14 calendar days of supplied-code defect support from final code handover.

Your designer installs it

Your designer installs and connects the calculator, then checks a test enquiry reaches your inbox. Installation or bespoke integration may carry a separate charge.

Your business controls enquiries

We use your existing compatible receiving system where possible. A separate service such as Formspree is optional; account requirements, submission limits and any recurring fees are agreed beforehand.

ProjectForm supplies the code and agreed connection. Your business controls the receiving service and its recipients. We do not host your live submission service or receive your customers’ enquiries.
